Celeb Spotting: London’s Trendiest Bars and Restaurants

Hands up if you’d have given your right arm to be a part of the Oscars. Yep, us too but sigh no more! We may not be A-list celebs but that doesn't mean that we can’t rub shoulders with the rich and famous in the capital's trendiest bars and restaurants. Let us share with you some of their favourite hotspots!

Best for Indulgence: Nobu

Critically acclaimed Mayfair restaurant Nobu has been voted one of the world’s best restaurants and boasts an enviable following worldwide. From far and wide keen foodies flock to this fashionable eatery to nibble gourmet sushi and sashimi in a luxurious setting.

And the best news is that you can expect to dine with the stars as Nobu is a regular celebrity haunt. Recent visitors to London’s Nobu include Brad Pitt, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell.

Best for a budget: Chinawhite

West London’s answer to the Far East, Chinawhite is a high-profile night spot with ultra-modern décor spread across three themed rooms. Known for being one of the go-to celebrity bars in London, A-listers such as Ashley Cole, Lily Allen and Lindsay Lohan are regulars at the hotspot. Visit on a Wednesday to nab a free guest list pass, sip artisan cocktails and sample fine food.

Best for Laid-back Luxury: Automat

Want to sneak a peek at your favourite stars in a laid-back setting? Head to Automat where you can dine on prime steak, doorstop burgers and American diner favourites amongst the most up-to-the-minute celebs. Situated in swanky Mayfair, you’d be forgiven for thinking this eatery might break the bank, but surprisingly mains start at a very reasonable £15. Harry Potter star Emma Watson recently celebrated her birthday here, and Mick Jagger is a regular diner. Don’t forget to book!
